This summer I graduated from the University for the Creative Arts with a 1st Class Honours in Interior Architecture. During my time at university I have worked in a variety of design mediums from creative interactive projections and event planning to sustainability projects.
In my final year I worked predominantly on the relationship between design and public interaction. I explored the regeneration project of Granary Square in London’s Kings Cross and investigated how the project has served the community.
My degree was often collaborative, and I was required to work in groups on several projects. In group work I bring innovative ideas as well as a strong eye for detail.
I am passionate about interactive installations as I am fascinated by human interaction. An installation that I created in second year saw me design an hour-long city-scape animation that was projected onto a tree on the UCA campus.
In 2019 I did a summer internship at the Exhibition Stand Design Company Symbiosis. During this internship I worked designing spatial layouts and graphics for different clients that enabled them to showcase their brands.
If I could work in any design sector it would be in the design and renovation of property. I am fascinated by the impact that the design of a space can have and how a successful redevelopment project can influence positive human emotion.
